The H2 filling facility was designed to use renewable hydrogen delivered from the adjacent Phillips 66 Carbon Plant. WCG completed the survey, preliminary site civil, and stormwater design for the hydrogen filling facility located at the Rodeo Refinery in Rodeo, California. This project was completed on time and on budget.
