project description

WCG provided comprehensive services for the design and implementation of the Elk Ridge RV Park's water supply and wastewater treatment system. The water supply system included design and construction of a potable water well and a well house, which included water storage, booster pumps, pressure tank, control system, and a distribution network.

The design of the wastewater system included a lift station, flow equalization, fixed-film wastewater treatment process, and a large soil absorption system (LSAS). A nutrient-pathogen (NP) study was required through Idaho Department of Environmental Quality as part of the LSAS design to ensure the system would not raise background levels of nitrogen in the groundwater.

Construction documents, construction support, operation and maintenance manuals, preliminary engineering reports, and record drawing certifications were included for both the water and wastewater systems.
